[FASTCGI] mod_fastcgi and setenv

Hi everybody!

Is there any way to set initial variables defined with setenv? Like this?
SetEnv PERL5LIB    /home/username/perl/lib:/var/common-libs
SetEnv MY_HOME    /home/username/www/
...
 FastCgiServer /home/konenkovs/www/htdocs/cgi/get_struct_svg.fcgi \
 -initial-env PERL5LIB \
 -initial-env MY_HOME
