[FASTCGI] Debian - Php5 - FastCGI Issue

Hello list,

I'm using Apache2+FastCGI+Php5 on Debian Etch and i think i've this issue:

FastCGI + Php5 use up all the available RAM.

Is there any new workaround/fix? (this workaround doesn't work for me
http://launchpadlibrarian.net/14265535/phpkiller.sh)

Do you know if its work fine on Gentoo?
